Spent Easter weekend at a hotel near the night markets in Hoi An and had a great stay. Loved the location, which was just a short walk from the water and the night markets but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering to store our luggage and even letting us use a shower before our train later in the evening. the room was comfortable with everything we needed, including a small desk space.
The only negative was the price of the scooter rental, which we found a bit too steep for just a few hours. the free Wi-Fi struggled a bit when we tried to connect our laptop, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we found a Highlands Coffee with great Wi-Fi just across the street.

The hotel was located in a great spot, near the night markets and water. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were big. The staff were friendly and accommodating, letting us store our luggage for our late train and finding us affordable transportation.
The hotel's wi-fi wasn't reliable enough for basic tasks, let alone anything more demanding.

the scooter rental was a bit steep in price for only a few hours compared to full day rentals. The free Wi-Fi was not strong enough to use a VPN on a laptop, causing difficulty.

The Lit Villa Hoi An is a cozy and affordable hotel with friendly staff. The location is perfect, just steps away from the night market and Hoi An Ancient Town. The elevator was essential for my family, and the room had all the necessary amenities. Great water pressure in the shower, excellent value for the cost.
